My representative, Julija, demonstrated excellent communication skills, promptly and thoroughly addressing all of my questions. The logistics team was equally impressive, providing seamless transportation from the airport and coordinating my clinic visits with precision, all arranged efficiently via WhatsApp. The clinic's apartments exceeded my expectations, offering modern, clean accommodations conveniently situated near various shops. My surgery was a complete success with no complications. The entire medical team—including the surgeon, anesthesiologist, physio, dietitian, and nurses—was incredibly skilled and compassionate. Throughout my stay, I felt completely at ease, as every detail was meticulously arranged for my utmost convenience. This clinic truly sets the standard for excellence in patient care and service.
