Our role is limited to facilitating contact and communication between you and potential Clinics based on the information you provide through our online forms or correspondence.

TreatmentInEurope acts as an independent intermediary and data controller in relation to the collection and transmission of inquiry information. Clinics operate as independent medical service providers and independent data controllers once they receive your data.

2. Eligibility and User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
• You will provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information, including any medical or health data you submit.
• You will not use the Service for any unlawful, abusive, or misleading purposes.
• You understand that providing false, incomplete, or misleading information may affect your eligibility for treatment or accuracy of quotations.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your communications and any reference numbers or correspondence you receive from us.

3. Medical and Health Information

You acknowledge that TreatmentInEurope determines the initial purposes and means of collecting and forwarding your inquiry information, and that partner Clinics independently determine how your data is further processed once received.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that the medical data you provide is complete and accurate.

We are not liable for any decisions, treatment recommendations, or outcomes resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by you.

4. No Medical Advice or Doctor–Patient Relationship

All content and communications through TreatmentInEurope.com are for informational purposes only and do not constitute:

We provide a non-medical coordination and referral service that includes:

• Collecting your inquiry and medical information with consent;
• Forwarding it to one or more partner Clinics for evaluation;
• Facilitating communication between you and the Clinics; and
• Providing general information about procedures, travel, and estimated costs.

We do not:

• Guarantee acceptance by any Clinic;
• Intervene in medical decisions;
• Set final treatment prices;
• Provide medical, legal, or financial advice; or
• Supervise, control, or assume responsibility for Clinics’ operations, medical judgments, regulatory compliance, or professional standards.

All medical treatments, consultations, or outcomes are solely the responsibility of the Clinic you select.

6. Fees and Payment

Use of our inquiry form and referral service is generally free of charge for patients.

If a fee applies (e.g. for a paid consultation or coordination service), it will be clearly disclosed before payment.

All financial transactions for medical services are handled directly between you and the Clinic under your own contract.

TreatmentInEurope.com is not a party to such contracts and is not responsible for billing, refunds, or disputes between you and any Clinic.

We do not process payments for medical services on behalf of Clinics unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

Your personal and medical data are processed according to our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
