Fertility Clinic INVICTA

I want to express our deepest gratitude to the fertility clinic in Wrocław for helping my husband and me become parents. After struggling for over 5 years and undergoing treatments in other countries, a friend recommended this clinic to us, and we decided to give it a try. Dr. Gawel, our dedicated doctor, guided us through the process with exceptional care. After several rounds, we were blessed with viable embryos, and our first embryo transfer resulted in success. Now, with our baby girl in our arms, we are overwhelmed with joy. We plan to return to Wrocław Invicta in the future for more children. We extend our heartfelt thanks to the entire staff, especially Dr. Gawel and midwives like Natalia, whose names I may not recall but whose contributions were invaluable in making our dream of parenthood a reality.

Organization in the clinic is very poor. Long queues despite a specific appointment time. The doctor didn't read the medical questionnaire, I don't know why they asked me to fill it out.

Organizational drama. No flow of information between the reception and the offices, we had an appointment to collect blood for testing for PLN 1.5,000 at 8:40, they let us into the office at 10 with the information that they would not do this test because the courier had just taken the material. We did not receive any information in advance that we had to do it by 9.30 a.m. to try to get to the office outside the queue, we had to take another day off and travel 50 km again to perform these tests.

I rate the reception poorly. Zero privacy. You can hear everything who comes with what, but the ladies are nice and smiling. The offices are poorly soundproofed, the waiting rooms are narrow, so you can hear conversations from the office despite the music. Due to several procedures, I met many doctors. I rate Dr. Gaweł as exemplary. Angel doctor, very professional and helpful. She has never let me down. I feel very taken care of. Dr. Jakubów did my pick-up, he was very nice and caring. Dr. Krzemieniewska is the same, great approach to the patient, great care in the treatment room. The ladies in the treatment rooms were very helpful and nice. All treatments without complications.

We highly recommend INVICTA and their team. Dr. Zak is great, knowledgable on all the latest cutting edge IVF technologies and has a wonderful positive demeanor. INVICTA helped us to have our second child after trying at other European clinics. Thank you for everything.

The girls at the registration desk are always friendly, they explain everything in detail, how to do it better, and in what order. In my opinion, I have the best doctor, Dr. Jakubów . Always good approach to the patient, very gentle, interested in helping. I recommend.

I wholeheartedly recommend the INVICTA clinic in Wrocław. My husband and I have completed the entire treatment process and are waiting for our little baby. Professional approach of doctors, you can always count on their help, consultations and choosing the best treatment process. The caregivers play a very important role, and I think that without them we would not be able to go through a long and difficult journey if it were not for their support, kind words and help in understanding the entire process. They always kept their fingers crossed and, most importantly, after each visit we could count on a conversation and explanation once again of what was discussed with the doctor. They helped set subsequent dates and tests so as not to forget anything, and you could always call them or write an e-mail. I especially recommend Mrs. Kasie, a woman with a huge heart who was always there for us and supported us with kind words, even in those difficult moments when we needed support and reassurance the most. We always left her with a smile and motivated to take further action. Once again, I recommend and encourage you to start the process in Wrocław :)

Everything was fine during the visit, the doctor is very nice, talks calmly, has a professional doctor-patient relationship.

For now, we are at the beginning of this path, but my feelings about the clinic itself and the staff are positive. Dr. Karol Kłak is a very nice, competent and positive person.

The registration girls are real professionals, always helpful, polite and ready to help. I would like to especially thank Mrs. Iza and Mrs. Kasia - their warmth, smile and patience make each visit much easier and more pleasant.

Very patient-friendly place, ladies from the reception, doctors, ladies from the laboratory, etc. Always helpful, explain and help. Only not very intimate when it comes to registration, you can hear everything. The rest is a plus.
