"Historical" building, historic architecture, modernity inside. Easy access from Warsaw. The facility is located literally 5-10 minutes walk from the SKM station. The parking lot is not large, but there are places available. Clean, aesthetic. The visit went as expected. We recommend. The only minus is the reception. After entering the building, we stood and waited. Silence. A good 3-4 minutes without any reaction from the ladies at the reception. It was missing, for example, we'll invite you soon or something like that.

I remember this approach from over 50 years ago. The patient was a person, not a "disease entity". Here, it was as if I went back 50 years. Man and his ailments, not PESEL!

I recommend it with a clear conscience as a place of rescue, empathy and restoration of mobility. The patient/petitioner service team is competent and courteous. Mr. Dr. Dominik has class, knowledge, empathy and you can see that for him a patient is not a "half-carcass on a hook" but a living, scared, injured person who experiences trauma and sometimes cannot control his emotions. So if you have to "break down", the rescue is in MIRAI.

I visited Dr. with my son after a knee injury. Tomasz Szymański, with a clear conscience, I can recommend this doctor and the entire clinic. Everything went smoothly and precisely. An MRI was ordered and a visit and discussion immediately after the MRI. The doctor's approach is amazing, he is a very nice person and also factual. He explains everything thoroughly. We are very satisfied.

Doppler ultrasound of the abdominal aorta and iliac arteries. Bow. Ewa Zapała. I arrived on time, but I had to wait because the doctor let in a woman who was late for her appointment before me. The doctor was unable to determine whether the condition of the abdominal aorta had worsened compared to the same examination performed 4 and a half years earlier. To my question: What is the condition of my aorta compared to other patients my age? She replied with a question: Why do you need to know this? Apart from that everything is mostly ok.

Maybe the best recommendation would be that the MRI was scheduled 3 days after my call - exactly when I needed it. Currently, the ECZ waiting time is 1 month. Maybe it's worth paying PLN 100 more, having the necessary examination, seeing a specialist and starting treatment. The waiting time for the description is 10 days. In my case, there was no such need because my orthopedist made the diagnosis based on the photos from the disc. And in addition to the CD, you can also receive photos via WeTransfer - very helpful. I recommend.

After the first visit, I felt taken care of and was happy. Unfortunately, the next visit to doctor Kosterna was cancelled, so I asked to be referred to another orthopedist so that I could continue my treatment because I was on sick leave. Doctor Agnieszka Wintrowicz ordered an MRI of my foot and an appointment in three weeks, because that was the time I was given sick leave. I had the MRI done at Mirai Clinic. The description was supposed to be in two weeks, and the appointment was scheduled for three weeks. Unfortunately, when I got to the appointment, it turned out that there was no description. I was offered a different appointment. I couldn't wait for another appointment. Doctor Wintrowicz looked at the images on the CD. She was able to assess the condition of the bones and nothing more (that's all we knew from the X-ray description). As part of this visit, the doctor promised to personally call me as soon as the MRI description appeared. As you can see, nothing comes for free. I called to ask if there was a description, although I was promised that as soon as there was one, I would receive it by email. After receiving the MRI description, I waited for the doctor's call. I really want this because my foot hurts and I can't walk normally. I called the clinic several times. The ladies at the reception desk told me that they had told the doctor that I was waiting for her call. Unfortunately, she didn't call. In addition, in the description of the last visit she included information that my gait was normal. This is not true. After the injury I underwent many rehabilitation treatments. Several at Mirai Clinic. The distance to the clinic (50 km) is inconvenient for me and my husband's accident, who previously drove me to Otwock, made it physically and financially impossible for me to use the services of Mirai Clinic. I am disappointed with your approach to the patient
