A very knowledgeable and professional doctor, she showed and explained everything in detail with pictures, both demonstrations and exercises. Thank you very much.

I would like to express my opinion about Dr. Gerke's work. From a professional point of view, I have no complaints - everything was done qualitatively, and for that I am grateful. However, I would like to draw attention to one aspect that seemed unprofessional and made me feel unimportant as a patient. During the operation, the doctor used private headphones, which gave the impression that he was not fully present and could not hear what was happening around him. This caused discomfort, because communication with me as a patient was mostly up to the nurses, who coped with the situation perfectly. However, from the outside, it left an inattentive and not very professional impression. I hope that this review will be perceived as constructive and will help improve the patient experience in the future.

Svetlana Bogdanova is a super professional. She approaches her work with passion, examines problems holistically, and easily connects with people. It's clear she loves her work and her patients. I'm so happy I had an appointment with her. I came in tears and left smiling. Thank you for being there. P.S. Another positive: appointments are always on time, so you don't have to wait.
