I'm a regular client of SIA Dentarium, and my whole family gets treatment there. The doctors—Aleksandra Svaž, Iluta Jansone, and Ilze Rubule—always provide excellent care, and we respect their work. After visiting the hygienist, I scheduled a consultation (two weeks in advance). The receptionist quoted a price of €50, which I confirmed and added to my calendar. After the appointment, at reception, they billed me €70 instead of the agreed-upon €50. When I asked the reason, the receptionist responded coldly: "They must have been offering additional services," even though no additional procedures had been performed. The conversation was punctuated by rude remarks that went beyond all bounds. When I asked for her name, the receptionist said she "didn't have one." Only the doctor's intervention resolved the situation, and the price was confirmed at €50. And, unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've encountered such service at reception. Previously, the communication was simply cold and strange, but now it's escalated to open rudeness. The service at the reception doesn't match the level of the specialists. If the situation changes, I'm willing to revise my review and give a fair rating. Esmu pastāvīgs SIA Dentarium customers, a dentist, and a dentist are responsible for this. Pēc zobu higiēnista apmeklējuma pierakstījos uz konsultāciju (divas nedēļas iepriekš), administratore nosauca cenu 50 €, es precizēju un pierakstīju kalendārā. Reģistratūrā pēc vizītes man izrakstīja rēķinu uz 70 € nevis uz iepriekš saskaņotajiem 50 €. Uz manu jautājumu par iemeslu administratore atbildēja auksti: “droši vien bija papildpakalpojumi” - lai gan nekādu papildu manipulāciju nebija. Saruna bija ar aizrādījumiem, kas pārsniedz robežas. Uz manu lūgumu nosaukt vārdu administratore paziņoja, ka “viņai nav vārda”. Tikai ārstes iesaistīšanās atrisināja situāciju, un cena tika apstiprināta kā 50 €. Un, diemžēl, šī nav pirmā reize, kad reģistratūrā saskaros ar šādu servisu. Agrāk attieksme bija vienkārši auksta un dīvaina, bet tagad tā pārgāja atklātā rupjībā. Ieejas serviss neatbilst speciālistu līmenim. Ja situācija mainīsies, esmu gatavs pārskatīt atsauksmi un ielikt taisnīgu novērtējumu.

The worst place in Latvia where a person can go to get their teeth fixed!!! For over two years, they haven't been able to properly fill a single tooth!!! If you call them and tell them you have pain under that filling, they refuse to treat it and don't even want to listen to you, telling you to look at your teeth and check remotely... what a complete nonsense they've come up with!!! And the most shocking thing is, they look for reasons to blame you, as if the client had gotten treatment somewhere else! Even though I've been there more than four times, and each time I have to pay for the tooth they couldn't properly treat, and they blame the client! No guarantee for their services, no compensation, and no human understanding whatsoever! They've forgotten they work with people!!! We're sorry, Latvian dentists, but we're not doing it right, and we're doing it wrong!!! Vairāk nekā divus gadus nevar normāli uzlikt plombu uz VIENU zobu!!! Ja jūs viņiem zvanāt un sakāt, ka jums sāp zem šīs plombes, viņi nevēlas ārstēt un pat nevēlas jūs uzklausīt, un saka, ka var apskatīt zobus un pārbaudīt attālināti…tas ir vienkārši absurds, ko viņi izdomājuši!!! Un visšokējošākais – viņi meklē iemeslu, lai padarītu jūs pašus par vainīgajiem, it kā klients kaut kur citur būtu ārstējies! Lai gan es pie viņiem biju vairāk nekā 4 reizes, un katru reizi jāapmaksā par zobu, kuru viņi nespēja normāli izārstēt, un vaino tajā klientu! Nekādas garantijas uz saviem pakalpojumiem, nekādas kompensācijas un nekāda cilvēciska saprašanas! Aizmirsuši, ka strādā ar CILVĒKIEM!!! If you call them and say you have pain under this filling, they don’t want to treat it and don’t even want to listen to you, saying they can check the teeth and examine them remotely… what kind of absurd nonsense have they come up with!!! And the most shocking thing—they look for reasons to make you yourself guilty, as if the client had been treated somewhere else! Even though I’ve been to them more than 4 times, and each time you have to pay for a tooth they couldn’t properly treat, and they blame the client for it! No warranty on their services, no compensation, and no human understanding! They’ve forgotten that they work with PEOPLE!!!
