My overall experience with this clinic was average, so I rate it 3 out of 5. This is my personal patient opinion based on recent experience. On the positive side, I would like to note that the operation was performed flawlessly from a technical point of view, and I have no complaints about the quality of the operation. However, the main criticism concerns post-operative support, which unfortunately was largely lacking. Before the operation, the clinic contacted me three times to clarify details regarding payments. However, once the insurer confirmed that they would cover the cost of the surgery, the personal approach disappeared completely. After the operation, no one from the clinic showed interest in my condition, did not contact me to make sure there were no complications. This gave the impression that the clinic's top priority was getting paid rather than caring for the patient after the procedure. Also, right after the surgery, while I was still on the operating table, the staff obviously wanted me to vacate the room quickly without explaining where I should go next. This attitude created the impression that the work of the clinic is based on the principle of mass service, and the patient is perceived more as "next in line" than as an individual. I received post-operative information only when I started asking questions myself. I believe that the service staff should offer this type of information themselves, as many patients, especially first-timers, may not even know what to ask. A month after the surgery, when I needed a follow-up consultation, the surgeon recommended that I contact an occupational therapist for instructions on post-operative care. I contacted the occupational therapist that same day, but was reprimanded for not having checked in earlier, even though I had only received these instructions from the surgeon a few hours earlier. This experience confirmed once again that the clinic lacks coherence and a personal approach to patients. I would like to emphasize once again that the technical performance of the operation was excellent, but by improving the level of service and post-operative care, the clinic could significantly improve its reputation.

Administration employee 24.10.2024. served at a very low level. An appropriate employee could be selected for the status of a private clinic.

Disgusting registry work. Cancels the visit without making sure the customer has received the message. He never apologized for his failure, he believes that it is normal.

Terrible staff who answer the phone calls, the desire to get a consultation and make an appointment with a doctor disappears. Management should explain that it will not hurt to greet customers. I found the doctor I needed in another clinic, where they kindly made an appointment for me.

At a consultation with a doctor, V. Nefedova heard a diagnosis of her situation, that the tendon of the little finger was torn and received a full description of the “future operation” of the initially dislocated fifth finger. The colorful description of what “will happen” put me in a stupor. After the operation, I will have a protruding iron rod and I will have to live like this for some time. The diagnosis was made based on a Datamed image; the doctor stated a torn tendon in the finger. But, the advisory description does not mention this diagnosis. As a result, I changed the tire to another tire that does not correspond to size Nr 3. For the little finger. Said nothing... The splint was necessary for partial bending because... The finger hasn’t moved for a month now, and as a result the splint is too big, I had to fix it with an adhesive plaster to keep it on the finger. Therefore, the finger remained motionless for another 2 weeks. The splint was changed at the computer table, one was removed and the other was put on without rubbing the finger. I spent almost a month in a metal splint, which was not pleasant at all. It was impossible to take pictures. The fact that there is no procedural room and hearing about the “diagnosis” led to shock. As a result, the recommendation indicated to visit an ergoterapist after 2 weeks. . This is a consultation with a diagnosis that does not correspond to the recommendation. I do not recommend visiting the microsurgery center!!! There is no professionalism!
