Recovery: Post-surgery, patients may experience swelling, bruising, and nasal congestion. It's advisable to prop your head up with pillows when resting to reduce swelling. Avoid blowing your nose and engaging in strenuous activities for several weeks. Many individuals take up to 2 weeks off work to recover. It might be several months before the full effect of the surgery is visible, with swelling potentially taking up to 6 months to completely subside.
