How long does it take to receive a confirmation email for a booked appointment?

My doctor Tiina Utera was a fantastic communicator, she had a professional approach and she made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Everything was explained thoroughly and professionally by Tiina so there would not be any misunderstandings. A really absolutely positive experience and I highly recommend this clinic.

Hello. I will take the liberty of being the first man to leave a review of the clinic. For men, the topic of fertility is very delicate and unpopular until it comes to children in a relationship. MY EXPERIENCE: Let me start by saying that my partner is an egg donor and advised me to try sperm donation. So I did. The first test is free and you receive the results by mail and write the results. Unfortunately, my seed did not meet the parameters of concentration, morphology and mobility. This indicates that something is out of balance in the body. So I'm very glad that I found out about this in advance. It is better to think about preventing diseases in advance than to later deal with various diseases, such as infertility, decreased libido, or even worse, impotence. In the same clinic, I made an appointment with an andrologist, took tests and began treatment. I advise young men to sign up for sperm donation at this clinic. If the quality of the semen is suitable, then you can be a donor and receive a reward from the donation. And if it doesn’t work, then you can make an appointment with an andrologist and find out health problems that you haven’t thought about before. As for the clinic staff, everyone is good-natured and answers all your questions. The location is convenient, there is parking. The building is new. The equipment is new and modern. There were, of course, misunderstandings with the staff, but nothing critical. I think over time the staff will communicate better with each other and everything will work out. The prices are tolerable, but I don’t think you should save on your health.

Recommended. Each person on the clinic team performs their tasks with full commitment. Starting with dr. Aruli, Eerika, nurses, coordinators, administrators. You always get help and competent answers to specific questions. I definitely recommend the clinic.

Hello everyone. Just today, February 1, 2024, I visited this clinic. I can say that I was satisfied Pleasant and friendly girls at the reception, special thanks to Dr. Alaine Aluri Such a nice woman, she told me everything about my questions, gave clear and clear explanations for all questions. I hope it helps I definitely recommend the clinic! Personally, I liked the attitude, and for me this is very important!

Very pleasant and nice service and atmosphere.

So far, excellent. Communication has been better than every clinic I have spoken to anywhere on the planet. Doctor was more awake, considerate and rational than others I have spoken to. I like a can-do attitude not doom and gloom and excessive weighting on parameters medicine will likely throw out in a few years. Will amend if anything changes but feel secure here.

I went to see Midwife Tiina for additional ultrasounds because I was able to find an appointment online easily whenever I had a concern. I was able to find out the gender (plus risk of foetal chromosomal disorders) at 10 weeks of pregnancy which was easy and quick to organise through the clinic (NIPTIFY test).This helped hugely during pregnancy since I could feel reassured straight away and at the same time have access to kind advice and pleasant conversation and would often go to the pharmacy right outside the building when needed. Very nice and friendly service

It took me a while to write this feedback as I’m currently very busy taking care of the 7-month old baby, the most precious little human in my life, all thanks to this clinic. We’ve done 4 rounds of ivf in a London clinic and in despair turned to this clinic only after reading some reviews online. The staff was super friendly, professional, courteous and very kind, everyone spoke excellent English which was important to my husband who is an English speaker. We had to fly to Tallinn a few times for tests (which we combined with holidays) but it’s been just another reason for visiting family and sightseeing in Tallinn. All communication was exceptional and I cannot praise enough all the amazing ladies at the clinic, everyone was fantastic.
