I really enjoy my journey in here. The doctor and support team are friendly and helpful. Everything is clean and comfortable. But I am a foreigner so I hope the clinic can have more connection with insurance company for us. I finished to transfer embryo for 3 days in Ostrava. I hope my baby comes soon. <3

I can only say good things about this clinic. In our case, Dr Jan Štelcl was very friendly and explained everything about the different options we had, as I had many previous unsuccessful attempts with my own eggs and IVF in Germany, this time we were looking for an embryo donation. I can also only say good things about our coordinator Michaela Brychtová, though I never met her in person, she was always kind and answered quickly all my emails and questions all along the process, even after the embryo transfer and the payment was done. I read that in other clinics after you pay they don’t care much about you anymore, but in Reprofit it was not like that. I had a very positive impression with the clinic itself too, everything brand new, modern equipment, super clean. All the stuff was very friendly to us. They found immediately the donors for our embryo that matched with my husband and I, no waiting at all. We did the process twice, first time I got pregnant but I got a miscarriage a few weeks afterwards. The second time I got pregnant again and 12 months later I finally became a mother, after 4 years of struggle trying to make this dream come true. My beautiful daughter is a healthy and happy baby, and I’m forever thankful to Reprofit for helping me have the family I ever wanted.

I will be forever grateful to Reprofit for helping us meet our sweet baby girl. Prior to working with Reprofit, I never had a positive pregnancy test. However, I finally had a positive test and pregnancy after my first round, though that ended in MMC. Getting an initial appointment was easy after contacting them online. The medical and admin staff all speak English and are quite friendly. My coordinator was quick to respond to messages. The costs for a round of IVF and even storing the embryo are much more affordable than the US and other places in Europe (such as Germany, where I live). They are organized and have good communication when it comes to scheduling egg retrievals, transfers, or other procedures. They are willing to schedule treatments such as egg transfer on the weekend for an extra minimal fee. You can pay by bank transfer or credit card. They give you detailed notes at every step. They also can give you recommendations on extra tests that you can have done if you have any failed rounds, but I did find that I had to push a little bit to have my medication protocols changed with each failed transfer. Other than that, I have no major complaints and would use them again and recommend them to others!

I have had hysteroscopy operation done at the clinic and I am really grateful for the amazing experience! The nurses done an amazing job and making it a very smooth process and making me feel at ease. Special thank you to Dr. Martina for her kindness and professionalism in making me understand the procedure! I highly recommend the clinic to anyone traveling from abroad!

Wonderful clinic. I cannot recommend them enough. My daughter is now 3 months old and thriving. We would never have had the chance to become parents without the help of Reprofit. Their standard of care was excellent, they treated me with dignity and respect. They are very efficient, like a well oiled machine. This clinic has very professional staff with modern technology . Us women/men who suffered from unexplained fertility have so many questions and not every doctor knows the answers even after 100 ultrasounds 100 bloodworks , but this clinic gave me all the answers to my questions and the correct diagnosis and treatment just by performing one bloodwork and one ultrasound. Our journey to parenthood was not easy after 11 years of having our first child.
