Carolina Hospital

This is the second time I have shoe inserts made here. I have no objections to specialist visits, hence the two stars, but the waiting time for the inserts, which according to the issued circular should have been made on 14.05 (today 29.05) and the complete lack of information on when I would receive my inserts, exceeded my wildest expectations. I tried to call the hotline several times. When I finally managed to get through to the consultant, he was unable to say when the inserts would be ready for collection, he was supposed to find out and call me back, which he has not done to this day. I also left my number so that they would contact me... and that didn't work either. I went in person, but the not very nice lady at the reception dismissed me with "please wait for a text message". Do you have my shoes purchased especially for this season and the inserts. When will the inserts be ready for collection?

You have to fight for tests at the time indicated by the doctor and make at least four phone calls to the hotline. Under the offices on the second floor there are two chairs for every four offices, people with orthopedic injuries have to stand to hear if they are called by the doctor. A bit poor organization.

I highly recommend it. My son and I had a consultation with a trauma surgeon and we were informed about the injury in great detail with pictures, and we were also referred for an ultrasound, which also took place in a very nice atmosphere. I hope there are as few hospital visits as possible, but if necessary, I recommend this place. The dates are not too far away either.

They diagnose only based on X-ray. If an additional ultrasound is needed, they send you back without a diagnosis.

I've just had breast reduction surgery, and I think the organization and care are 11/10! All the nurses are lovely and incredibly empathetic. Despite the pain I'm currently experiencing, I would have no hesitation in having surgery at this hospital again.

I wish everyone good health and I would rather not recommend doctors ... but if it happens, I recommend them with all my heart. Efficient, professional and comprehensive. With great commitment and understanding. This is a specific form of emergency care - compared to other places, in other cities, also abroad - a very positive experience. Thank you very much for the help provided!

Strange hospital. We came to the emergency room with a 7-year-old child with an elbow injury. The surgeon who diagnosed it said that it was a fracture with displacement and that he could do nothing and sent us to the ER with a recommendation for immediate surgery, he did not even put a cast on. We said that we had not come to a private clinic to go to the ER and that we wanted to start treatment at Carolina at our own expense. The surgeon replied that the hospital did not have pediatric anesthesiologists and Carolina did not have the ability to operate on children. We spent 6 hours in the ER.

I would like to sincerely thank Ms. Klaudia from Diagnostics for her very professional and friendly service. Her approach to patients deserves the highest praise.

Orthopedics - Quickly and efficiently handled X-rays in 50 minutes. Dr. Przemysław is knowledgeable.

She has a very high personal culture and is able to help patients by listening to them. Thank you again for your help and kindness. So, I'm very grateful for your help today, and Ms. Dominika, the person on duty, for her quick assistance. Both ladies deserve the patient's praise. I also sincerely thank Dr. Viktor Kotiuk for helping my child. He's the best orthopedist I've ever seen, he has a wonderful approach to the little one, and he can explain everything to the patient. I wish Carolina Hospital had such wonderful people with such wonderful and helpful hearts.
