Great care and full professionalism! My son's tonsillectomy was performed quickly and without any complications. The entire KCM Clinic staff deserves great recognition - they were committed, friendly and perfectly prepared. The clinic is impressive - clean, modern, organized. Unfortunately, I am disappointed with the visit. Despite the agreed time, I had to wait over an hour to be accepted - in a place with such a reputation and prices, this really shouldn't have happened. The ladies at the reception were very nice and helpful, but the very fact of such a delay leaves a bad taste. I was hoping for more professionalism.
