Very unpleasant experience from the last visit. When I went to the reception, all 3 receptionists who were sitting behind the reception desk started attacking me and accusing me of having some previous bill unpaid. Although I tried to explain that I had paid all the bills properly, they were still very aggressive, with an arrogant attitude and firmly believed that I still had unpaid bills and everything was fine from their side. Later, when it turned out that I had paid all the bills correctly, they didn't even apologize.
