Hello. I had a very pleasant experience at the clinic. I spent three days in Riga. All previously planned visits to doctors and examinations were on time. I had problems with veins, and I kept postponing treatment. They quickly performed examinations for me and found the nearest time for the operation. Everything was done to ensure my maximum comfort. The clinic is like an architectural exhibit: an ultra-modern building nestled among villas and pine forests. Tours could easily be given here, showing what clinics of the future might look like. Tourists should see it, if only for the aesthetics. The appointment with the most "unpopular" doctor among men—the proctologist—was extremely discreet. There's plenty of parking, everything is thought out. After this experience, I wanted to make an appointment for my wife with a specialist, but a call to the reception desk brought me back to reality. The receptionist completely ruined the impression: she understood Russian, but answered in Latvian and simply hung up without saying goodbye. Common? I'm a tourist in a country where about 50% of the population speaks Russian, and to me, this looks like an unwillingness to work with the patient. In the end, we went home to a modest German practice on the ground floor of a residential building—no architectural pretensions, but with a normal, human attitude.
